I awoke with the start to the
sound of a dogs loud roaring bark.
I bolted to the door to spot what
was going on, I threw open the
door, and gazed at a massive
golden creature.
I tripped over the door, and
the enormous dog was staring dead
at me. "Mom" I yelled as my voice
started trembling. I was'nt sure
if he was my dog or some one
elses. Then he scampered right at
me, pulverized me onto the ground,
and I screamed. I felt his
steaming hot breath against my
face. But all he did was lick me.
From that moment on I knew that
he was my dog.
That evening my brothers and I
figured out a name for him,
Banchee. He was so hefty that we
tried to ride him like a horse. As
soon as i leaped onto his cozy,
fluffy, fur he scurried swiftly
through the house. I could hear
his razor sharp claws scraping
against the hard tile floor. After
a few minutes passed I felt
extremely woozy. Everything
started shaking. Then a loud boom
went roaring through the house.
I launched off of his back.
Crash my head viciously smashed
into the kitchen wall. I blacked
out, I thought I was dead. But I
woke to the sound of my mom
screeming. "Mom I am o I am o o,"
it was almost impossible to get my
words out. Then i blurted "I am
ok." She grabbed hold of me and
squeezed all of the wind out of
me, and said "I love you."
That was such a memoral day.
Because i got my wish and he is
still proudly here today.
