Science Magazines

I'd like to talk about some science magazines aimed at general public.

The first is MIT's Technology Review. It has an amazingly accessible layout which
resembles some teenage pop magazines you can find at news stands. The August issue
of TR has a report on some internet celebrity I met years ago: a top executive of the Chinese portal site Sina.com. He was mature and confident in the photo. I remember listening to this young boss with a great deal of admiration. He is now much more accomplished in the internet business than before. But I still find him approachable as a big brother who is willing to share his experiences and thoughts about the industry he helped create.
